Before the Vitamix, I could never imagine using a blender as much as other kitchen appliances. Wrong! Nearly everyday we try new concoctions using almond milk, zico coconut water, fresh fruit and protein powder. It's fun trying new blends and making smoothies smoother and ice cream creamier than ever before.
My new favorite Vitamix snack is made with soy milk, greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, blanched almonds, grapes, mango, and blueberries. Yum.
